  • Started my own digital consultant business, where I specialise in digital audits, building digital marketing strategies and project management;

Senior Digital Media Operations Manager in the Acquisition Team

At Tipico (Malta) from October 2018 to May 2020

  • Managed a multi-million digital media budget, and tracking our performance vs marketing team’s KPIs;
  • Built and maintained data driven and insight led strategies across; direct deals, Search, ASO, CPI, programmatic and social alongside our media agency;
  • Increased growth rate through a decrease in CPA by 88% and increase First Time deposits by 19%;
  • Launched a new product, Bundesliga6, and ran split tests and funnel optimisations;
  • Took the initiative to move marketing data into a data visualisation tool called DOMO with the help of the Business intelligence and data tribe team;

  • Challenged and stretched media plans for some of the largest films such as Dunkirk and Fantastic Beasts;
  • Defined and put into practice an audience framework to share learnings from one film to another;
  • Built a Test & Learn framework using ABC testing, correlations and tools to help us move away from Media metrics such as, Brand Lift studies and True View for Impact;
